The Controller has appointed a Data Protection Officer. Any enquiries, requests, complaints regarding the processing of personal data by Controller, shall be sent to the following email address of the Data Protection Officer: iod@ferrarikatowice.pl or in writing to the address of the Personal Data Controller with its registered office at: ul. Feliksa Bocheńskiego 109, 40-816 Katowice. 

The Controller collects contact details and other data provided by the user in correspondence.

The Controller processes personal data in order to answer Clients’ inquiries and remarks (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR – legitimate interest pursued by the Controller)

Providing Personal Data is generally voluntary, but it may be necessary to conclude or perform a contract or to respond to a directed inquiry or to conduct correspondence.

Personal data shall be shared with the entities providing services for the Controller, related to the execution of the agreement, in particular such as IT systems and services providers, legal, tax and audit services providers, and authorised employees of the Controller.

Personal data are processed for the duration of the contract and after its termination, for the period of time required by law (such as the Act on accounting), or until the end of the expiry period or the lodged justified objection to data processing.

Personal data processed on the basis of the consent will be processed until it is withdrawn or the purpose for which the data has been collected has ceased to exist.

In case of pursuing legitimate interests of the Controller, the data will be processed until the time your objection is submitted.

The data subject shall have the right to 

access and rectify personal data (Article 15 of the GDPR);;

delete the data (Article 17 of the GDPR);

restrict processing (Article 18 of the GDPR);

data portability – including if personal data is processed on the basis of consent (Article 20 of the GDPR);

withdraw the consent (if your data is processed on the basis of consent) at any time;

object to the processing of  personal data on the basis of a legitimate interest of the Controller and to object to the processing of personal data for any marketing purposes.

The data subject shall also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, that is the Head of the Personal Data Protection Office: Office of the Head of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.

The personal data will not be used for automated-decision making based on profiling.

The Website contains links to social media websites. The websites have their own privacy policies. Information about you may be transferred outside the EEA when you visit these websites.

Then the new content of the document will be placed on the Website, and the previously applicable content will be placed under the content in the form of a document for download, with the date until which it was applicable.
